A wheel recipe manager enables to define the tightening parameters: tightening torque for the right and left plies, minimum and maximum revolutions per spoke group
This machine automatically screws front and rear wheels of the same series according to predefined values.
It allows high speed production of wheels with constant quality:
• Thanks to the holding flanges, the wheel obtained is uniform with a good centering and almost independent of the quality of the components.
• Upstream loose lacing makes operator work easier and faster
• The tolerances in side to side, up and down and offset deviation are close to the target values of the finished wheel making last stage, wheel truing, extremely fast
