Why Predictive Wheel Truing Changes the Game

Spoke tension measurement has always been primarily used as a quality control step performed once the wheel is finished.

Bikebotix changes this approach. Dynamic spoke tension measurement is no longer used only to inspect the wheel. It now makes it possible to automatically calculate the most relevant corrections before they are applied.

This predictive process acts on all wheel deviations: side-to-side, up-and-down, offset and spoke tension. The actions required to correct the wheel are calculated to achieve the tolerances defined by the user.

The machine performs a complete reading of the rotating wheel: side-to-side, up-and-down, offset and spoke tension.

Based on the measured data, the machine automatically calculates the most relevant corrections.
